CARLA is our first shampoo in solid form. It cleans and cares for your hair every day. You can use CARLA for over 30 hair washes if you always let it dry well.
The solid shampoo makes your hair easy to comb, full and smooth at the same time.

Shampoo bars are not soaps. The pH value of the CARLA shampoo bar is around 6.5, so the shampoo bar optimally supports the acidic environment of your hair. Just give it a try.

For this reason we only use the best ingredients.
Only high-quality vegetable oils and additives are used. None of the products contain preservatives, silicones, microplastics or petroleum.

GRETE products are made with a lot of passion, which is why valuable nourishing ingredients are used. These ingredients include:

- Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) is a mild, non-ionic and plant-based surfactant. It makes hair easy to comb, supple, soft and shiny.

- Glycerin has a moisturizing effect and reduces hair breakage and split ends. The glycerin is purely plant-based and organic, without palm oil.

- Coconut oil has moisturizing and regenerating properties. It nourishes your hair and makes it smooth.

- Jojoba oil makes the skin soft, supple and resilient at the same time. The skin is optimally protected and moisturized

- Rice protein is a hair ingredient with repairing properties. It improves combing properties and is suitable for damaged hair and hair in need of care.

- Soy lecithin is vegan and is a nourishing and smoothing ingredient

- Candelilla is a vegan wax that moisturizes and protects your hair.

- Broccoli seed oil has a conditioning and smoothing effect. It reduces the tendency for flyaway hair

- vegetable squalane preserves moisture and protects skin and hair

- The fragrance (perfume) gives your shampoo bar a fresh green tea scent

The description of the ingredients does not represent a binding effect on your hair, but is intended to show you why we chose these ingredients. Different hair types can react differently. If irritation occurs, we recommend that you stop using the shampoo bar.

Application:
Wet your hair and either lather CARLA in your hands or rub your solid shampoo over your hair. Then wash everything out with lukewarm water.
If you get some foam in your eyes, rinse immediately with fresh water.

If you are making the switch to a solid shampoo with the CARLA shampoo bar, you should know that your hair will first have to get used to a shampoo without artificial silicones, sulfates and other softeners. This should settle down after 4 to 6 weeks at the latest. It may be that your hair is greasier than before at the beginning, but this will improve over time!

Like all other GRETE products, your shampoo bar is free from chemical preservatives, aggressive surfactants and animal ingredients! They are lovingly handcrafted and only made in small batches and can therefore vary slightly in appearance and color.

Store your shampoo bar in a dry place after use so that you can use it for a long time.

We try to produce as little waste as possible when manufacturing and packaging our soaps. You can put the packaging of your shampoo bar in the paper waste; it can be completely recycled.
